Thammasat University held its 4th Town Hall Meeting under the theme “Share to Change: Now and Next TU” on 22 December 2025 at the Puey Ungphakorn Learning Park, Rangsit Campus. The event brought together faculty members and staff from across the University to reflect on collective actions and tangible outcomes achieved over the past year.

Digital Active Learning: From AI Tools to Active Learning Experiences
From 16–18 December 2025, we held an intensive and highly interactive three-day training on digital active learning, bringing together colleagues from the Asian Institute of Technology, Kasetsart University, and Thammasat University. The training was led by Dr. Sandra Barteit (Heidelberg Institute of Global Health, Heidelberg University) and focused on how Generative AI can meaningfully enhance active learning in higher education.

THE-GLOW Conference
The THE-GLOW Conference, held on October 10, 2025 hosted by Thammasat University, Thailand, showcased the impactful learnings from the THE-GLOW project and related Erasmus+ initiatives focusing on transdisciplinary education in Southeast Asia.
Active Learning Online: Practical Approaches to Digital Teaching and Design
We held a lively three-day workshop during August 30 – September 01, 2025 on e-learning and active learning design with colleagues from Asian Institute of Technology, Kasetsart University, and Thammasat University, led by Dr. Sandra Barteitthe Heidelberg Institute of Global Health, Heidelberg University.
Transdisciplinary Strategies for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience
This course emphasised the considerable advances many countries have made in Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Resilience since the adoption of the Sendai framework (2015-2030), but also emphasised the differential impact of disasters on low-income countries, geographically vulnerable countries and on women and children as well as various disadvantaged groups.
Transdisciplinary Approaches to Complex Systems of Sustainable Production
Agricultural production is under increasing pressure from global forces such as climate change, resource depletion, economic pressures and shifting population dynamics. This course explored the urgent need for sustainable and resilient agricultural systems through a transdisciplinary lens.
A Transdisciplinary Approach to Simian Malaria
Simian malaria has become a significant public health concern in regions where humans and non-human primates coexist. This course has been designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and mindset to tackle this complex issue through a holistic and collaborative lens and a systems thinking approach.
Co-creation Workshop 2025
We successfully conducted our third Co-creation Workshop from May 14 to 17, 2025. The four-day event brought together project team members and teaching staff from the five partner universities for a series of collaborative sessions hosted across three Thai universities; Thammasat University (TU), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), and Kasetsart University (KU).
ACCESS4ALL & THE-GLOW Learning Session: Piloting Experiences and Curricula Development for Transdisciplinary & Climate Change Education
