Participants engaged in plenary discussions, breakout group activities, and an interactive plenary session. The breakout group activities and the plenary discussion were particularly valued. Key topics included understanding TD approaches, addressing challenges, fostering workplace development, and building resources and support mechanisms.

The webinar was well-received, with participants appreciating the content and discussions.
